Founded in 2023, Peter Luke Colon LLC (SHRM-CP), is a full-service firm that closely partners with Commercial Art Galleries, Institutions, Nonprofit Organizations, Artist Studio Enterprises and Architecture Firms spearheading Human Resources Management, People Operations Counseling and Organizational Development Strategy Planning. As a seasoned veteran within the Global Art World, Colon deeply understands the intimate complexities within these business cultures (many of which are owner operated) on a foundational level. The common denominator among these businesses is the need for an outside perspective to re-think, re-align and firmly execute necessary changes that prohibit companies from growing; especially from a productivity and profitability standpoint. For Twenty-Four years, Colon held Senior Leadership positions at Fraenkel Gallery in San Francisco; Matthew Marks Gallery and DC Moore Gallery in New York City. Colon graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management at Cornell University.
